How to: Draw rectangles on a worksheet or chart.
Solution:
Click 'Rectangle' toolbar button, then position the cursor where the rectangle is to begin. Press and hold down the mouse then drag the mouse to draw the rectangle.
1) Display the 'Drawing' toolbar if it is not already shown on the screen.
a) Select the 'View' menu and select 'Toolbars...'. (The Toolbars dialog box appears.)
b) Select the 'Drawing' check box.
c) Click 'OK'.
2) Click 'Rectangle' toolbar button.

3) Position the cursor where the square is to begin.
4) Press and hold down the mouse button then drag it to draw the rectangle.
5) Release the mouse.
6) Close the 'Drawing' toolbar.
NOTE: The style, color and weight of the arrow can be changed by selecting the 'Format' menu and selecting 'Object...'.
